Bedroom furniture for a 5-year-old girl

The requests of the little one were quite clear and specific: a high bed, a bed for pyjama-parties and a reading nook. The clients – the parents – had some extra thoughts on the practical side: lots of storage space and safety measures for the little climber and explorer daughter.

The compact furniture incorporates lots of storage space for clothes, games, toys and books, a small extensible desk, and an extra bed for pyjama-parties. Working with wood and natural pigments has been a request from the beginning, thus the challenge to balance a natural coloring of the wood and the more lively painted interventions.
